


3 day intensive Beginner June 4 - 6
This course is designed for beginners who are new to working on the pottery wheel and eager for an immersive, hands-on learning experience. Over the span of three days, you’ll learn foundational wheel-throwing techniques, including centering clay and creating both cylindrical and open bowl forms.
Days 1 & 2: Focus on throwing — learning how to prepare and shape your clay on the wheel.
Day 3: Dedicated to trimming and refining your pieces.
By the end of the course, you'll have a solid introduction to wheel-thrown pottery and a few handmade pieces to show for your effort.
The pieces will be fired twice, glazed and shipped to your home address within 3 weeks.
